Martyn has been part of the Paveco team for almost 18 years and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to his role as General Manager. Originally from the UK, he is a qualified brick and block layer with a strong background in construction.

When he’s not at work, Martyn enjoys rural life with his wife and their two children. As a family, they are avid outdoorsman and love getting up into the hills.

Katie has been part of the Paveco team for almost 18 years, having quite literally grown up in the construction industry through her family’s business. As Business Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations behind the scenes, helping keep projects, people, and processes running smoothly.

Married to a local electrician, Katie is a proud mum to three children — two bonus babes and one busy preschooler. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, going on adventures with family and friends, and whenever possible, enjoys the rare luxury of a sleep-in.

Will has been part of the Paveco team for over 10 years and is a highly skilled and respected member of our crew. Holding a BCITO Concrete Placing and Finishing qualification, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and attention to detail to every project he oversees.

As a Foreman, Will leads by example, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standard Paveco is known for.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his partner and their growing family, with two children at home and another on the way.

Royce has been part of the Paveco team for over 20 years and is one of the most experienced members of our crew. As Foreman, he brings a wealth of knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality workmanship on every project.

As Tony’s brother and part of the Worsfold family, Royce has been involved in the business for much of his working life and takes great pride in the reputation Paveco has built within the community.

Outside of work, Royce is a dedicated family man who loves spending time with them. He also shares his father’s passion for racehorses, a love that has been passed down through generations of the Worsfold family.
